I can help in the following areas.
Relationship Issues/Couples Therapy/Marriage Therapy
Poor communication, betrayal, affairs, feeling isolated, abandonment, hardships when finding healthy relationships, wondering if your partner really gets you, repeated patterns of picking destructive relationship partners, struggles with romantic/ sexual intimacy, parenting support. Marital and family therapy can support you through building success in these areas.
Healing after Relational Pain
Sorting through confusion after escaping a relationship that included intimate partner violence.
Healing from generational pain and trauma, learning to blend and mend families through changes in family structure. Whether it is divorce, a history of physical or sexual abuse or emotional abuse. Current abuse, a big move, loss, changes in socioeconomic status, job change, recovering from addiction. (I am not an addiction counselor but often work in conjunction with one to support recovery.)
Maybe you grew up with parents/caregivers that loved you and did the best they could but there holes in what you needed or wanted from them. You wish to mend those holes.
Maybe you grew up with parents/caregivers that utterly failed you, causing you pain and torment and now you are ready to heal from the damage they inflicted.
Work of the Self
The loss of faith or new faith blossoming, searching for deep connection to self, deity, and community. Men and Women coming into their power as equal humans learning to practice self reliance and empathy.
Anxiety
Fearing the regret's of the past, fearing the scary possibilities of the future. Social anxiety that causes you to stay home when part of you wants to go out, and tricks you into believing that everyone is thinking about you poorly. Destructive low self-esteem. Destructive perfectionism. Rumination.
Panic
Panic that takes over your body and makes things you know to be safe impossible to tolerate.
Depression
Depression that steals the joy from today day and hope from tomorrow. Causing you to think in ways that feel real and unreal at the same time.
Perinatal Support
I am so happy to support new mama's with baby blues and mild postpartum anxiety and depression and to also recommend a Specialist please see my trusted colleague's website for more information.

I am an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. This means I am not paneled with insurance. I do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA accepted.
You can check with your insurance carrier to know what this means. Questions that might help when talking to your insurance carrier.
1) What is my out of network coverage per therapy session?
2) Is my out of network therapy subject to deductible?
Many people utilize HSA/ FSA funds for therapy.
Right to a Good Faith Estimate You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
